THE MISSION OF OUR VOLUNTEER TRAINING PROGRAM
The goal of the MarineParents Facebook Groups volunteer training program is to achieve consistency with the organization's message and mission by ensuring adequate group coverage with volunteers who have received formal training and mentoring. Retention of long-term volunteers helps to foster the organization's leadership while offering volunteers promotion to positions which follow their own Marine's career in the Corps.
